A) Manager: there to help and guide you. Anytime you have a question your manager is just a phone call away.
B) Staff meeting once a week, held over the phone.
C) All forms over the internet to submit at end of worktime.
D) Compiled list of names and numbers emailed to you each day to call. No cold calling.
E) Training done by manager over the phone.
F) Pay once a week. Average lead generator making between $9-$15 an hour. Bonuses and daily contests.
